University of Oxford - Humanities Division

Location

The Humanities Divisional Office is located on Parks Road, next to the Museum of Natural History. The Divisional Office is close to the centre of Oxford and to several of the Faculties which fall within its remit.

A map showing the location of the Divisional Office is available here.

Those travelling to Oxford to attend meetings at the Division are encouraged to do so by public transport - Oxford is easily accessible from all parts of the UK by train (please visit the National Rail travel planner for further information) and by bus, particularly from London. There are direct coach links to most of the international airports in southern England.

Those travelling by car are advised to use one of the Park and Rides located on the principal routes into Oxford and to travel into the city centre by bus. Seacourt and Water Eaton are the most convenient - you should ask the driver to drop you at Keble Road. The Division's offices are then a very short walk.

Some on-street pay and display parking is available in St Giles', but it is expensive and in short supply. The nearest off-street parking is at Gloucester Green. We regret that we cannot reserve parking places for you.
