Arts and Humanities Research Council Doctoral Training Partnership
- The University of Oxford has been awarded £14 million from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) for a Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) for 2014-2019.
- This enables us to award at least 40 graduate studentships per year in a range of disciplinary areas across the arts and humanities.
- The DTP offers skills training for students alongside academic doctoral supervision, and encourages research and public engagement with institutions outside the Higher Education sector. Our annual programme of conferences, events and workshops for DTP students supports their research and helps them complete their doctorates in a timely fashion, and provides them with a lively cohort of friends and colleagues.
- Students funded via the DTP also have access to further support, including additional research funding and fully-funded internships of up to six months in any organization other than a university.
